The partnership combines Zero Friction’s specialized SaaS platform with Itineris’ deep understanding of the utility industry and the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. It provides heating and cooling companies with an integrated solution on the Microsoft stack, allowing them to efficiently streamline their business processes and elevate customer engagement to new heights. Both companies have their headquarters in Ghent (Belgium).
