Itineris in a nutshell
Itineris is a software company with offices in Atlanta (North America) and Belgium.
We develop a software solution for water and energy utilities. We also provide implementation services to integrate the solution into the business environment of our clients, and we offer the required support services afterwards.
We are active in both regulated and deregulated or competitive markets, and we have clients in North America (The New York Department of Environmental Protection, Boston Water and Sewer Commission, …), UK (SSE), Ireland (Flogas), France (EDF, Greenyellow, …), Belgium (De Watergroep), and the Netherlands (Eneco, PZEM, ..).
UMAX in a nutshell
UMAX is the brand name of our software solution. It is a cloud solution, built on Microsoft technology and 100% tailored to the needs of water and energy utilities.
UMAX allows those companies to automate their business processes. It integrates Customer Relationship Management (CRM), billing, invoicing, cash collection, meter data, asset, and service management in one solution. It also includes a Self-Service Portal, allowing utility customers to view and pay their bill, update account information, and communicate with the utility.
UMAX also has Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities. This way utilities can e.g. detect water or energy consumption patterns to proactively inform their customers.
