Sales Operations Specialist
Business Development
Itineris is expanding our Business Development Team by adding an experienced Sales Operations Specialist. The successful candidate should have 2+ years of experience and will be responsible for various sales and proposal effort coordination activities, project management, planning, executing, and supporting general business activities for the business development team.
As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities:
• Coordinate and project manage RFI and RFP responses for prospective customers.• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and customize RFP responses.
• Provide operational, administrative, and project management support in a growing and dynamic business unit.
• Manage CRM, sales tracking, and recurring business meetings.
• Support customer/external interaction and relationship development activities.
• Manage weekly team meetings and track team member assignments.
• Work closely with marketing to create and update marketing material, customer case studies, white papers, and other business unit documentation.
• Assist in organizing trade shows, special events, and RFP related activities.
• Provide project management for strategic initiatives.
Requirements
• Preferred BS in Business, Economics, or related analytical field from accredited college / university.• 2+ years of related Business Development or Project Management experience.
• Preferred experience in writing proposals.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Experience working with multiple levels of leaders.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, self-starter with focus on completing tasks.
• Ability to be proactive, flexible, efficient and task focused in an agile, fast paced, goal-oriented environment
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Preferred experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience managing projects and activities
• Limited travel- Up to 15%.
