The Functonal Consultant CE will join one of the Project Teams responsible for the successful & timely implementation of the UMAX solution at our customers’ premises.  The role requires relevant CRM/CE implementation experience.

UMAX integrates CRM, billing, invoicing, cash collection, meter data, asset and service management modules in one solution, offering utilities the tools & processes for effective sales, increased customer contribution margins, reduced lead times and streamlined operations. By doing so, it enables them to take operational performance and customer experience to higher levels, while cutting costs to serve.

As our Functional Consultant CE, you…

• are responsible for implementing CE solutions that support a life cycle within domains as sales, marketing, customer service and field service so that it can run efficiently and effectively 
• facilitate requirements gathering workshops and think along with the customer 
•  work shoulder-to-shoulder with project team and customer
•  translate business functional, non-functional requirements into a solution
•  configure and expand the core functionality using Power Platform components
• verify the solution to guarantee quality of the solution
•  document the solution
• contribute to key user training
• extend your knowledge of the Utility market, and transfer knowledge to other colleagues
• contribute on growing our CE capabilities and UMAX product offering

Our ideal candidate…

•  is customer-oriented and this way of working is important to you
• is eager to learn Utilities sector specific business processes. 
•  has at least 3 years of proven knowledge and experience in following domains on customer D365 CE implementation projects (Waterfall/Agile): Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE : Sales and Marketing , Customer Service, Field Services
•  MS certifications in related domains are considered a plus, willing to go for one or multiple certificates is that too (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals CRM and/or ERP, MS Power Platform Fundamentals,  MS Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate,  Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales/Marketing/Customer Service/Field Service Functional Consultant Associate)
• Experience with a MS implementation partner or ISV is a plus
