Internship: Learning & Development trainee
Corporate Services

Role

You join the training department, and you report to the Learning & Development Manager. As a Learning & Development Intern, you take ownership of a full range of administrative and project assignments according to our procedures and support.

Training Admin & LMS Administrator

  • Organize our training sessions, including manage the planning, facilities and logistics;
  • Manage contacts and interactions with our business, contact external vendors and follow up on registrations/cancellations;
  • Setting up and following up the evaluation of the training courses: sending forms to the participants, receiving and processing the evaluations returned, organizing the follow-up and setting up improvement actions in consultation with the L&D Manager.
  • Responsible for course & user administration in the Learning Management System and all training files on the related intranet pages;
  • You develop the training catalog based on the concrete actions developed by L&D to increase the level of knowledge internally and process this in our LMS
  • Processing the Microsoft exam results and delivering reporting & storing the corresponding certificates;
  • You work together with colleagues from recruitment & payroll in specific cases (educational leave, social balance, PMO).

Onboarding

  • Assist new hires in using the digital training materials as a first line of support
  • Set-Up internal training onboarding programs, coordinate new hire onboarding planning with trainers and people leads on planning & feasibility & Plan accordingly all agreed onboarding programs

Project Management

  • Assist the learning team with specific learning projects; we are currently doing a global e-learning project whereas we would assing you different subtask to perform autonomously and help to deliver the e-learning project within time, scope & budget.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to collect requirements for each course;
    and work to understand the learning needs & challenges of the teams;
  • Reporting & Data Analysis

Communication

  • Prepare & Post Communications on new training opportunities via internal channels
  • Set-Up invites & Send out training information adjusted to the target audience

Profile

  • Background in education, office management, or HR; or equivalent experience
  • Strong interest in development and training
  • Creative & Hands-On mindset
  • Knowledge of e-learning standards (SCORM) and Learning Management Systems is a plus
  • You are strong in administration, planning, organization and you work result-oriented
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
