Deurle, Belgium, 26 April 2016 – Gazprom Energy has signed a contract with utilities-focused technology firm Itineris for its UMAX customer information system (CIS) solution as part of a business transformation project. The project will transform Gazprom Energy’s core business processes in order to enhance service to its customers.
The integrated UMAX CIS solution, built on the Microsoft Dynamics AX platform, will replace a large number of disparate legacy systems and thus deliver better alignment, consistency and communication among the different departments at Gazprom Energy. Furthermore, this transformation will enable the company to tackle emerging industry challenges while continuing its strong growth record.
