Future of Utilities, UK’s leading Energy & Water Summit, goes fully digital this year.
The event provides an unrivaled opportunity for the Utility industry to reconnect, share ideas, and transform its future at this challenging and turbulent time, and at Itineris we are excited to actively participate in this important conference.
Join us for a session on Customer Experience
On December 2nd, we are organizing an interview session within the official program on How to improve Customer Experience in Uncertain Times.
Customer Experience has become more important than ever for water and energy suppliers.
- What are the biggest challenges for Utilities to deliver a positive customer experience?
- How can Utilities use data to predict customer trends and behaviors?
- How can the Utility industry prepare for unpredictable events in the future?
We’re looking forward to sharing our insights together with Richard Rouse from Microsoft, who is vastly experienced in Utilities and Customer Experience.
- Session Details: December 2nd – from 10:05-10:25 AM (DAY 2 – SESSION 3 – STREAM 1).
