Standard Product Maintenance
A standard product maintenance option included in UMAX solutions licensing, that manages patches and bug fixes. Contains the following elements and entitles utilities to:
- Have and maintain right-of-usage for standard UMAX solutions
- Diagnosis and repair of reproducible bugs within UMAX software
- Access to published patches and/or updates, tested against the UMAX
- Product reference implementation
Managed Services or full BPO
A comprehensive support option tailored to the exact needs of the utility company. Itineris managed services portfolio consists of:
- Extended product maintenance for the UMAX solution including pro-active analysis, resolution, update and upgrade
- Extended customer care and support service including training services as well as first, second and third line support
- Other services which can be foreseen, are performance and hardware monitoring, infrastructure, hosting and housing, printing house, postal services and more
