Functional consultant CRM customer interaction
JOB DESCRIPTION
- be the link between business and IT
- manage the expectations of the customer
- translate business and functional requirements into application solutions
- lead and organize meetings and workshops with the customer
- closely work together with the CRM expert and support delivery
- follow up on testing and guarantee quality of the solution
As the customer interaction consultant, your key subjects will be:
- customer and complaints management
- workflow management
- data enrichement for marketing purposes
- disclosure of data to web portals and customer care applications
- management of in and output documents
PROFILE
- have a Master or Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience
- have a good understanding of customers’ business processes
- are a creative problem solver
- have a strong interest for IT
- are Dutch speaking and have a good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- are communicative and an initiative taker
- are willing to take the challenge to find new solutions, capable of out of the box thinking
